Get Those Wands Out Cos There's A Special Screening Of Harry Potter Movies In Town!

A magical weekend is in store for you this March as the Sunset Cinema Club says Alohomora and unlocks the door for Potterheads of Pune to revisit Hogwarts on the big screen. So leave those Muggles who’re causing you grief behind, paint a lightning scar on your forehead and fly those brooms to this Potterverse!

Sunset Cinema Club has been bringing cheer to movies buffs of Pune with their open-air screenings of commercial and cult movies, but this weekend surpasses all others because - you guessed it right - it’s a Harry Potter movie festival!

Imagine this marvellous setting - a wide open space under the starry skies of Pune, cosy mattresses and blankets scattered on a soft green lawn, an array of F&B stalls with yummy tidbits waiting to be gorged upon and a mammoth screen showcasing the very best of J.K Rowling’s magnificent magical world. Can life get any better than this?

Sunset Cinema Club also encourages cosplay and there is a very special reward for those attired in Madam Malkin’s best! So don’t be shy and pull out those dress robes - we know you have them - out from the back of your wardrobe, polish your wands, wrap them house scarfs around your neck and get ready to meet the rest of the Hogwarts alumni of Pune.

Here’s the schedule of movies so you can plan for your weekend well in advance. Friday, March 8th will screen Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone followed by Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban on Saturday, March 9 and lastly Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on Sunday, March 10.
