The new modern residential projects are enticing buyers who are looking for a quaint locality with a great green cover. Also having the metro line running adjacent is a major plus. Worried about amenities? Everything is easily accessible within a two-km radius. The biggest tick in our boxes is the Royal Connaught Boat Club that has a major pull. With a major hospital like Ruby Hall Clinic just down the road, baking systems, restaurants (Sunmoi, Zamus, Brasserie Cinq, Nandus) it is a well sought after locality to park your money in.

It has mostly old school apartments and due to a space constraint and the increasing demand, the prices of this locality has skyrocketed. With major developments taking place in the past 10 years, Kalyani Nagar has risen the ranks to become one of Pune’s poshest and expensive real estate spots in the city. With Trump Towers, Bishop’s School, Marigold Multiplex and being surrounded by IT hubs, Kalyani Nagar is home to the crème de la crème of Pune. With a lush green cover and a mixed bag of old and new constructions, Kalyani Nagar is a great place to invest. It also has prominent residential projects like Water Front and almost all developers and real estate companies have some property within the area. The straight road is lined with a mall housing a multiplex, a hospital, Chaturshringi Temple, 5-star hotels commercial tower towers are continuing to mushroom in the area and shadowing the old establishments.
