Founder of Indulgence Mazo Hoppel with her husband who is an Austrian confectioner were one of the first few bakers to bake Blueberry Cheesecake in Pune about thirteen years ago. Mazo shares that she makes her cream cheese in-house. At Indulgence they offer two types of Blueberry Cheesecakes which are Baked Cheesecake and Set Cheesecake (unbaked). The Baked Blueberry Cheesecake is made with an oreo base with a Blueberry topping. While, for vegetarians they have a No Bake/Set Blueberry Cheesecake which is generously stuffed with blueberries along with the cream cheese. Mazo shares that she likes to use tinned blueberries to maintain consistency in taste so each time you bite into Indulgence cheesecake it will always be like the first time you’d ever tasted it.
