All those out there with allergies, and dietary restrictions or on diets, you don’t have to compromise on delicious food any more. Sorted. Delicatessen in Kalyani Nagar is the city’s first restaurant with an entire menu dedicated to gluten-free and grain-free dishes.

Say bye-bye to empty calories, preservatives, added chemicals, and food colouring. Sorted. Delicatessen cropped up after careful research and experimentation to ensure a menu that is good for the body and the soul. Before you start to picture boring healthy food, they have none of that! For those who are on a Keto diet, rejoice as their menu includes salads, wraps, sandwiches, mains and desserts. This is nothing short of paradise for people who are gluten and lactose intolerant because they incorporate almond, chia seed and quinoa flour to name a few. 

They also offer Nudo Pizzas which is also gluten-free and make their crusts with amaranth and water chestnuts, buckwheat flour and cauliflower and whey protein. You can also customise it with a sauce, cheese (which is vegan BTW) and toppings of your choice. The Nudo Pepperoni and Nude Farm Veg Pizzas are great picks.

Vegan, keto and diabetic friendly, they’ve hit the trifecta! Coming to our favourite part- Desserts! What if we told you the 'big fat chocolate cake' you dream about is extremely healthy and good for you? Made with buckwheat flour and forest honey, this one will leave you satisfied and guilt-free! The Vegan Tart with cashew cream and figs and Strawberry Cheesecake with an almond base is a must try! Their range of desserts are sugar-free or made usiing only natural sweeteners like honey and jaggery.
Wash the food down with an extensive list of healthy drinks and juices. We recommend The Blood Builder, a blend of carrots, beetroot, green apple and parsley or a nice glass of the Classic Cold Brew with ginger and orange peel.
