Hrithik Roshan’s Mannat! Actor Spends Rs 100 Crore & Buys Lavish Flats In Mumbai!

Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan sure knows how to live the good life. The actor already has a beautiful sea facing house in Mumbai and now he has dished out almost Rs.100 crores of three new apartments.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the actor has paid Rs. 97.50 for three apartments in a building located on Juhu-Versova Link Road. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the building and offer an uninterrupted view of the Arabian Sea.

These are actually two apartments spread over three floors and one of the apartments is a penthouse. The actor reportedly plans to integrate both the apartments, which will ultimately form a massive 38,000 sq ft house, this is about forty-six 800 sq ft flats. Woah!

This house will also come with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace and an exclusive lift. The family will also have access to no less than 10 parking lots! Talk about lavish you guys! The building in which the apartments are located is called Mannat. 

The actor already has a sea-facing house located in Juhu which has an amazing view. He has given his fans a few glimpses of it on his Instagram handle. 

This surely feels like a mansion in the sky! We wonder if the actor will do a reveal once he moves in with family!
