1. Mandvi Beach

At the beach, you can set up your own picnic (remember to take your trash back with you or put it in proper trash bins) or you can engage in some watersports. It was the summer retreat of Maharaja Krishna Kumar Sinjhi of Bhavnagar. One look at it and you will know why it was so loved by the Maharajah. The beach is also close to other tourist spots and one should not miss exploring the beauty of this beach.

5. Dandi Beach

Yep! The same one about which we read in our history books. In addition to the Dandi March that happened here, the beach's beauty cannot be summed up in words. Its pristine beauty will take you in as soon as you lay eyes on it. The beach, its sand, the waters, the backdrop, everything about Dandi beach is magical. You can either stroll the beach stretch, sunbathe, have a lovely picnic (trash your litter responsibly) or you can indulge in parasailing, jet skiing, or other water activities.

6. Beyt Island

Bet DwarkaAlso known as Bet Dwarka or Shankhdhar, this serene island lies 30 km away from Dwarka. The island is situated right at the mouth of the Gulf of Kutch. There are a few temples here, but the white sand beaches and coral reefs are the highlight of this lovely island. It is about 20 km away from Surat. Locals come here for a getaway and it is also very popular amongst tourists. While it was once a lesser-known gem, it is gaining a lot of popularity.
