Locals visiting this place swear by his one of a kind Omelette Sorpotel which is more like a vinegary Goan Ros Omelette. He gets the Sorpotel from a local lady! His menu includes other items like Beef Keema and bread too.

2. D’Silvas’s Fast Food, Miramar Circle, Panjim

D’Silva’s Fast Food corner has been around since 40 years in Panjim and their famous Roast Beef Cutlet Pao has paved its way in every Goan’s heart more like their bellies,lol! Their home-kitchen makes the famous Roast Beef Cutlet Pao with delectable and juicy pieces of beef pressed between the breads with veggies and voila! Your sandwich is ready to be eaten!

This legendary gaddo is crowded with foodies, hoteliers and restaurateurs all waiting to get their hands on the famous Oyster Xacuti, which is one of their best-sellers, now if you’re lucky enough you might stand a chance to devour this dish but for that you either have to be at the spot, early in the morning or during lunch hours cuz they usually run out of it pretty soon.

4. Irmao’s Santa cruz, Panjim

Irmao’s has been around since 14 years and has still not lost its charm when it comes to his Prawn Cutlets and Chicken Chops which are sold like hot cakes! He lays his counter out at 6pm and shuts it at 10.30 pm and by the end you’ll see the empty counter cuz that’s how much they’re in demand for.
