Nagaland just proved this by hosting the largest electric guitar ensemble in the whole world - that is quite an achievement to boast of, don't you think? On January 12 way back in 2013, the Agri-Expo ground at 4th Mile in Dimapur witnessed history in the making with the presence of over 500 music lovers who gathered there to participate in the one-of-a-kind event. Many well-known musicians and renowned names from the Naga society, media, fashion industry, and entertainment arena, had also graced the event with their presence and cooperation.

Prior to the event, the organisers worked hard to supervise the perfect coordination of the participants to the Guns N' Roses' cover of the famous song by Bob Dylan, 'Knockin' On Heaven's Door'. Thousands of supporters and well-wishers had thronged the ground to motivate the ones who were attempting to play their electric guitars in sync with the crowd. This epoch-making record was incredibly successful in establishing a small state like Nagaland as one of the musically-rich societies in not just the country but also across the entire globe!
