Smoothie bowls are healthy, delicious and convenient. However, they are usually seen as an alternative to unhealthy desserts or as a breakfast option. The Goa-based brand, sunshine Bowls is out to change that perception!

The Porvorim-based brand is founded by Rupali and Jyotika who bonded over their love for Smoothie Bowls. Both of them have done intense research into making smoothie bowls into anytime meals before launching the brand. Their menu changes on a monthly basis but they keep some of their most popular offerings from previous months.

You can choose from Berry Bowls, which are high in antioxidants, Cake Bowls, Pancake Bowls, which make a great breakfast option or even an interesting sounding Coffee Chocolate Bowl. All bowls are vegan, filled with protein and great for your health. Their bowls are sweetened using natural sweeteners but they also have a sugar option. 

You can order their delicious bowls on Wednesday and Saturday, provided you place an order a day prior. Deliveries take place within 15 km of their area and a minimum order of Rs. 1500 is accepted.
