1. Pizza Mia
Pizza Mia is a quaint little eatery located in a bylane of Miramar. Along with a limited selection of authentic New York-style pizzas on the menu, you can also find fresh salads and a variety of drinks on offer. If you’re confused about what to pick, you can go for a half and half option. The Pepperoni and Buffalo Mozzarella with Basil are our top picks.

2. Route 66
This American-style diner located in the old quarter serves up burgers, steaks, sandwiches and hot dogs, but it’s their New York-style pizzas that hold a place of prominence on the menu. Served only in one size (10 inches), these handcrafted creations are available in vegetarian, meat or chicken. The size of the pizza makes it perfect to share as an appetizer or eat alone as a main. We picked the punchy Meat Blast with pepperoni, sausages and burger meat as well as the smoky Barbecue Chicken with a delicious, tangy barbecue sauce.

This beautiful fine dining restaurant serves some of the best pizzas in Goa! With tables spread across different levels, they have an indoor, outdoors as well as a shack section. Sized at eight inches, their pizzas have a crisp edge and a soft centre. The menu has a range of options with interesting toppings such as feta cheese, bacon and green chillies. Though you can easily choose something off the menu and expect it to be fantastic, we would recommend the Pizza Basilico with mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and basil, Pizza Mare with tuna, prawns and calamari, and Pizza Capricciosa with mozzarella, tomato, ham and mushroom.
