As we are gradually getting back to our daily lives and embracing the new normal, your go-to spot for Desi Khana with Videshi Twist, Go Pappe, has opened its flagship eating joint in Rohini. Located on the main road, just beside the Rohini Metro Station, this is an outlet with both takeaway and ordering facility available to customers. Retro yet modern, the interiors are a true depiction of Pappe's root: picking up traditional Indian recipes with desi modern twist.

"It is mandatory for our employees to submit temperature every three hours after arriving and once before entering the premises. All our kitchen equipment is sanitised before starting the day and the seating area has been divided to maintain social distancing. Our staff makes sure that all the tables and chairs are sanitised after a customer uses the same. We are trying our best to maintain a safe environment for our customers," says Karan Vij.

Santu Maity, Chef, Go Pappe, Rohini

The menu has been designed by none other than Chef Santu Maity, who has been praised for his work in two five-star hotels and seven restaurants across Delhi NCR. A brilliant young chef, Santu believes in integrating a desi twist in regional dishes. A reflection of his taste and work can be seen in the new menu of Go Pappe, which is a concoction of regional cuisines with Desi North Indian Twist.

Adding some more excitement to the menu are their IPL special combos, especially curated for sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy the matches as well as gorge on delicious food!
