Meet India's Newest 'Blue' Gin, Add To Tonic & Make Your Life Colourful!

Once you add tonic to the gin, it turns PINK!

Gin lovers, here's some good news for you, India just got its newest gin that's BLUE in colour! What?? Yep, you read that right. This blue-tinted liquor comes in a tiny 350 ml bottle, which looks more like a classy flask than a bottle. Called 'Clearly Good Gin,' this one might be a game changer in the Indian liquor market. It looks good, is affordable, and well the taste, you'd only know once you get yourself a bottle.

The brainchild behind this hemp-based blue coloured gin is Shubham Khanna, a 24-year-old, who's caught gin enthusiasts by surprise with his latest offering. The gin claims several firsts, and this includes its pricing. It is presently available in Goa for Rs 244.99 per bottle (350 ml). Gin can really be a spontaneous purchase and this one being as affordable as it is, wouldn't need you to think twice before buying.

This botanical gin undergoes distillation a total of eight times. And, it doesn't end at just that, it is infused with some 15 local botanicals that inclide coriander seeds, Himalayan juniper, cinnamon bark, green chillies and black pepper. Clearly Good Gin also has a mix of citrus flavours such as kokam, kaffir lime, peels of Nagpur orange and sweet lime and bitter lemon among others. There is another twist to this spirit- butterfly pea flower. The fun bit is that once you add tonic to this gin (a very traditional combination), it turns pink! So, basically, this one is a party gin cause it's got gimmicks of its own.

At present, you can find Clearly Good Gin in only Goa, but it will soon get launched in Delhi and Maharashtra
