1. Muay-Thai / Kick Boxing


Kick Boxing and Muay Thai programs are designed for those who are interested in getting in shape and learning how to defend themselves. Muay Thai is known as the art of 8 weapons because you are taught how to use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to attack and defend. The Ven.Abbott Shi Yong Xin of the Shaolin Temple China, has officially appointed Shifu Kanishka Sharma with the privilege and responsibility to spread the real Shaolin Culture and Shaolin Kung Fu in India. He is India's first and only Shaolin Kung Fu Warrior and has set up the first and only Shaolin Temple and Cultural Center in Noida that is dedicated to training students. 3. Krav Maga 


Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defence Forces. It is designed to make you confident towards self defence. You are trained with respect to your mind, body and attitude by learning combative self-defence techniques so that you can stay safe, regardless of the situation. The specially designed course is divided into different levels and you get personalised training based on practical scenarios. 4. Karate 


A form of Martial Art, Karate has various forms, levels and is the most basic, yet effective form of self defense. 5. Taekwondo
