The new Eureka! store has a park in front of it and a lot of space to host storytelling sessions and workshops for children.

It is true that businesses are currently wobbling and most establishments are feeling disappointed with just a handful of customers visiting them throughout the week. But visit GK-II market and you'll see a new signage 'Eureka!' This children's bookshop had disappeared from the market in Alaknanda in 2014. Rediscovering it is one of the most amazing experiences we've had in a long time. Roli Books is also back along with the CMYK bookstore, a place frequented by many aficionados wanting books on design, art, food and architecture. So, what led to this miracle happening when most bookstores in the Capital are shutting shop or figuring out alternative plans to keep their business running.

Before Eureka! shut down, partners M Venkatesh and Swati Roy had already spent more than 10 years doing business together. They both had great passion for all kinds of children's books, which had led them to build a safe space where these little ones could discover and explore new things. They had the opportunity to meet authors and participate in fun storytelling sessions, besides enjoying other creative activities. Eureka!'s comeback can be attributed to CMYK entrepreneur and publisher Kapil Kapoor who approached Roy and Venkatesh to jointly run a children's bookstore.

In an interview with TOI, Kapoor said that when they decided to collaborate with Eureka!, they had a long-term vision, a minimum of 10 years of working together. He added that once the scare of the pandemic is gone, people will again start looking forward to the experience of browsing and holding books.
