Moving Souls is founded by Ravi Rastogi, a well-known dancer and choreographer with expertise in many dance forms like ballet, hip-hop, and salsa, just to name a few. He has also taught troupe performers across India! At Moving Souls, he teaches beginners ballet lessons for both children and adults, and currently, is even conducting online classes!

3. Russian Classical Ballet


Considered to be one of the best places to learn ballet at in Delhi, this place will help you truly awaken your inner ballerino or ballerina! Founded in 2000 by Galina Lyakhova (who has been teaching ballet in India for more than 15 years), Russian Classical Ballet aims at providing proper education for ballet dancing. Galina has also studied classical ballet and folk dancing for seven years, before studying at the Volgograd College of Arts & Culture. She has also majored in Kathak for three years!

4. Nikolina Nikoleski Dance Academy


Nikolina Nikoleski is a professional choreographer who learned ballet from the legendary Pina Bausch in Germany. After that, she came to India, learned Bharatnatyam for about six years from her guru, and opened her own dance studio in Nizamuddin East. Anyone aged 6 years or above can learn the art of ballet from Nikolina. She usually takes group classes and parents, in particular, absolutely love enrolling their children in her class. Also, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this academy is still taking admissions for online Zoom classes, with new batches opening up every other month.

5. Central Contemporary Ballet


Located in Gurgaon, Central Contemporary Ballet is one of the best academies to learn ballet at in Delhi NCR. You can enrol yourselves in one of their various dance programs like Science of Ballet, or Theory of Ballet, both of which are certified and intensive ballet programs. Once you get enrolled here, you'll have to attend around 144 classes, with each class costing around Rs. 300! Honestly, the prices are quite reasonable, given their expertise and techniques of teaching ballet.
