Gujarat Man Gluing Driving Licence & RC To Helmet To Avoid Hefty Fines Is Next Level Jugaad!
A resident of Vadodara, Rampal Shah decided to stick these important documents to his Royal Enfield’s helmet after the passing of the new Motor Vehicles Act 2019.
It seems like ever since the new Motor Vehicles Act 2019 came into effect, we have been bombarded with incidents of errant drivers paying bizarrely high fines, including a Gurgaon man being fined a whopping Rs. 23,000! However, this recent development from Gujarat takes things to a whole different level as, in order to avoid paying hefty challans, a man from Vadodara decided to actually glue his driving licence and RC to his helmet!
Gujarat: R Shah, a resident of Vadodara has pasted his driving license, RC, insurance & other documents on his helmet. Says, "Helmet is the first thing I put on before riding a bike, that's why I pasted all documents on it so I don't face any fines as per new traffic regulations" pic.twitter.com/OezdsV1ONT
