More Heat Coming Your Way Delhi, Mercury Set To Rise Above 45 Degrees

Summer in Delhi is in full swing and if you're one of those who isn't easily irritated by sweat and heat, then brace yourself for a flurry of irascibility. Weather in the city is going to go from bad to worse over the next few days. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi will experience heat-wave like conditions from Thursday onwards, with the mercury rising up to 45 degree Celsius. The situation is expected to prevail until the weekend.

In a different report, Skymet Weather - a forecasting service based in Noida- has suggested that the city will also experience a dry spell throughout next week as there are no chances of any rain in the city. Skymet also reported that both night and day temperatures in the city are set for a sharp increase in the forthcoming days.

The extreme weather conditions in the capital will be aggravated by a biting flow of dry and hot winds from the north. So, it is best to stay indoors this weekend and if you’re planning to go out during the day, do so with necessary precautions.
