Dadi Ki Rasoi In Noida Serves Ghee Infused Rajma Chawal At Rs 5 To 500 People Every Day

Yet, we often encounter people in our everyday lives that restore our faith in humanity and regain confidence in these elusive virtues. We recently had an encounter with one such person that immediately restored our faith in humanity. This person was named Anoop Khanna and he runs a small food stall in Noida that serves desi-ghee infused Rajma-Chawal to 500 hungry people every day, that too at just Rs 5 per plate.

Anoop Khanna started Dadi Ki Rasoi in 2015 after his ill mother once suggested him to feed her share of dinner to people who might need the meal more. Khanna, who has been on a lifelong quest to serve people in need, immediately took note of this innuendo generosity and conceptualised this. It got quickly recognised by foodies and social media enthusiasts which made Khanna an online celebrity in his own right.

Today, Dadi Ki Rasoi feeds 500 hungry people each day who come to the stall not just to eat a cheap meal but also taste the indulgent taste of the Rajma-Chawal dish. Everyone, whether a businessman or a daily labour, stands in queue and relishes the food with great delight. The stall has become a testament to the fact that food, when served with love and care, always tasted heavenly. Dadi Ki Rasoi is open in Noida’s Sector 29 area everyday between 12 Noon to 2 PM.
