There are nearly 2.8 million private cars in the city, and in such a scenario car pool services can of great help. BlaBla Car is one such ride-sharing platform. Here, one can register their car for free, with the number plate, using the app. Once registered, the car owner can share the ride with co-travellers on the same route, across Delhi-NCR.  A cost-efficient way to travel, the ride is assured to be safe and comes with a three-step user-friendly registration process.

Easy 2 Commute

Easy 2 Commute or E2C, a lesser known carpooling portal, came into existence back in 2009. The service mainly focuses on office goers/working people of Delhi-NCR.  Following a three-step registration via your official ID, you can easily look up fellow carpoolers on your route. Verified credentials and other authentication details are available to you, ensuring safety. The point of contact is the official email ID you register with. The site comes with a user-friendly and simple interface, making the search very easy. They have expanded their pick-and-drop points all across the city.

Shuttl

With an objective to change the future of public transport, Shuttl is the appropriate service for commuters without a personal car. Panning across all major and small locations of the city, they provide a shuttle service every 15 minutes in morning and evening, thus making travelling to work easy and hassle-free. The highlights of their services include AC buses, mobile-enabled bookings, cash-free payment model, and safe and economical rides. All you need to do is get the app and book your pick-up.

Poolmycar

Like standard carpool services, this one also comes with a three-step procedure – select/specify/look for ride, register and contact the member. The best feature of this service provider is that it shows the registered carpools from your place of work, making the commute a lot more convenient. Besides email, it gives you the option to directly call the members as well.
