While Onam, Kerala’s harvest festival, has a bunch of interesting stories and immense cultural significance attached to it, what comes to our mind would be the sadhya! A lavish spread featuring several accompaniments, the meal is a quintessential part of Onam celebrations.
Going all out to give you a dose of the festive spirit and regional flavours, The Creek at The Den has a special sadhya on Friday, September 13. What’s more, they’ve gone on to make sure the feast has a perfect balance of nutritional goodness, making for a guilt-free indulgence that's fit for a king.

Step in and you’ll be greeted by the sight of a lovely pookalam (floral decoration) and staff dressed in mundu sets or kasavu sarees. With regional music adding to the mood, the ambience is bound to make you feel like you’re away in God’s Own Country. Wondering what to expect for the sadhya? Served on banana leaf, the feast will have the classic red rice with Parippu Curry and traditional dishes like Avial, Pulisseri and Kalan along with less-conventional ones like Kozhi Varuval.
