We first saw Nugu Handmade’s lovely kitchenware and cutlery at Smoke House Deli, Brik Oven and The Bier Library. Aesthetic, pretty and quite fitting of the themes of the respective restaurants, we knew we wanted some of their stuff on our table as well. After some digging, we found out the Nugu Handmade doesn’t have a store, but you can still order from them and they will customise the pieces according to tones and themes you like! Think beach blues, olive greens, ombre patterns and dark greys sure to bring out those vibrant colours from the food served on them. 

The brand does quirky shapes too, be it bowls, plates, knives and complete teapot sets. We also have to mention that Nugu is a social impact brand which works with the tribal community of Mullur close to the Nugu Dam from which the name is inspired.
