Maintained by the Horticulture Department, the Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain is a sight to behold. With over 1000 nozzles, 15 formations and 27 different combinations, the fountain mesmerises its audience beyond words. How does this work? While the fountain is dancing to the musical notes, a backdrop behind the fountain showcases multimedia of popular spots in Karnataka and India, that too in sync with the music. The 30 minute show starts with patriotic songs like ‘Vande Mataram’, ‘Saare Jahaan Se Acha’ with other popular Kannada and Hindi songs.

The park has the capacity to hold 700 to 1000 people and is usually packed over the weekend (pre-covid). Spread over 17 acres, this park is a delight for adults and children alike. So, next time you're looking for something fun to do along with the family, you know where to head to!
