Healthy eating can often be a challenge you’re hesitant to take up. But thanks to Copper and Cloves, wholesome meals are now super-easy. Located inside The Organic World store in Indiranagar, this farm-to-table café by health coach, Sarah Edwards, dishes out organic, completely plant-based dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients. The space is quite cosy with a few outdoor tables if you want to have your meal while looking out at Indiranagar’s buzz.

Keeping it short and sweet, the menu has a few preparations across brekkie, salads and bowl meals along with daily specials that can be found on their board. Packing in a good balance of nutritious elements, the dishes here come with ingredients like cashew milk, hemp hearts, quinoa and more.

Made with thick slices of sourdough bread, their sourdough tartines like Pea Smash and Seasonal Hummus (with versions that keep changing!) are perfect for a quick, light meal. Try their colourful, hearty bowls like The Persian Bowl (with Iranian jackfruit stew, herby millet, hummus and more) and The Asian Bowl (with marinated tofu, homemade kimchi and spicy chana) for filling options.

While you munch on their wholesome goodies, there’s everything from shakes to coffees that come with interesting ingredients. How about a Green Tea+Pineapple Shake amped up with ginger or Watermelon Juice spiced up with pepper? Their Coconut and Cinnamon Coffee is perfect for caffeine-enthusiasts while the Hot Chocolate made with raw cacao and coconut sugar is great for a dose of indulgence.
