Bangalore, Get Ready To (Safely) Enjoy Authentic Andhra Cuisine As Nandhana Palace Opens Its Doors For Dine-In Patrons Again!

With lockdown restrictions firmly in place nationwide over the past several months, it has been a long time since we were able to experience the simple pleasure of dining out. Even though lots of us have made great strides as home cooks and become intimately familiar with the delivery menus of our local restaurants, the experience of heading out to dine in a bustling establishment is one that can’t quite be replicated at home.

However, as lockdown restrictions are being lifted slowly and normalcy looms on the horizon, our favourite culinary experiences are not far away either. And so, we’re sure that food lovers in Bangalore will welcome the news that Nandhana Palace, one of the city’s go-to establishments for authentic and delicious Andhra cuisine, is all set to open its doors to dine-in patrons once again!

With 15 outlets spread across the city, Nandhana Palace has been treating Bangalore’s gourmands to the amazing flavours of neighbouring Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for several decades now. And, with customer satisfaction and safety at the forefront of their concerns, they’re leaving no stone unturned to ensure that a return to dining in at their restaurants will be a safe and stress-free experience for their guests.

Pandemic safety protocols are being followed to the T, including temperature checks for all, frequent sanitisation, and mandatory gloves, masks and face shields for staff. But that’s not all -  Dr R Ravichandar, MD, Nandhana Group of Hotels, says, “We have close to 500-odd staff members spread across our outlets in Bengaluru and Chennai, all of whom have been vaccinated against COVID. We are also installing Shycocan (virus attenuation devices) in all our outlets, which will provide protection against viruses on surfaces and in the air.”

These stringent safety measures aren’t just limited to the kitchen and dining spaces - some can even be seen on the menu. Nandhana Palace has also introduced several soups designed to boost immunity to their menu, such as drumstick soup and curry leaf soup for vegetarian diners and mutton bone soup for non-vegetarians. What’s more? These soups are being catered to several hospitals across the city as well!

So, patrons can dig into their specialities like Chicken Kshatriya, Amaravati Chicken Boneless, Mutton Pepper Roast Boneless, and the Supreme Chicken Boneless Biryani, among many others, at their nearest outlet soon! And, as an additional treat, every takeaway/delivery order gets a free serving of pepper garlic rasam, discloses Dr Ravichandar.
