While we’ve already told you about how Kempegowda International Airport (KIA)’s upcoming Terminal 2 will have a huge garden around it, looks like there’s plenty more in store. Divided into Ultra-Luxury Zone, Travel Value Zone and Luxury Zones in the departures section, the place will have stores like Cartier and Chanel (in Ultra-Luxury), four stores in Travel Value spot and outlets like Prada, Gucci and Armani in the Luxury Zone! The Premium Speciality Retail Zone is where you can splurge on shopping at stores like Tiffany & Co and Hugo Boss.

Want more? The common arrivals area will supposedly have three duty-free stores, an external retail kiosk and six speciality retail shops. Think WH Smith, Relay, Hamley’s and Johnie Walker. Going by the latest report, the new terminal will have over 180 stores, we hear! Amidst talks of increasing duty-free stores and brands in the terminal, we might also get a World of Chocolates (similar to World of Whiskies) in the arrivals area. All to enhance your travel experience with a spot of shopping, entertainment and food. Going by their plans, BIAL is all set to make Bangalore airport a complete destination for travellers and we can’t wait!
